Lambeth Palace Library

A table display case that is 1000mm wide x 750mm deep x 1400mm overall height of which the display compartment is 600mm high. Access to the display area is by a hinged lid construction and opening-closing is assisted by gas pressure struts.

The case was installed for the "treasures of Lambeth Palace Library" exhibition.
Lambeth Palace Library is one of the earliest public libraries in England, founded in 1610 under the will of Archbishop Richard Bancroft. In celebration of its 400th anniversary in 2010, the Library opened a fascinating exhibition to the public in the Great Hall of Lambeth Palace.
